New Delhi, Jul 21 (KNO): Vice-President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar tendered his resignation on Monday, citing personal health reasons. In a resignation letter addressed to the President of India, Dhankar expressed gratitude for the "soothing wonderful working relationship" he shared with the President He also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Council of Ministers. "The Prime Minister's cooperation and support have been invaluable," Dhankar wrote. As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Dhankar also acknowledged the warmth and trust bestowed upon him by Members of Parliament, stating that those relationships would be "ever cherished and embedded in my memory." He further reflected on India's economic transformation and rising global stature, calling his service during this phase a “true honor.” “As I leave this esteemed office, I am filled with pride in Bharat’s global rise and phenomenal achievements and hold unwavering confidence in her brilliant future,” he concluded—(KNO)
